Just came to say I've been having similar issues and logged in tonight to see if I maybe wasn't the only one. I'd been doing so well for so long. I assume it's all the stress of the pandemic, stuck at home and exhausted with my spouse and child, and an old fellow classmates death from COVID in April...

Had a 5 day stretch of constantly repeating Alice Boman's "Waiting". Ryan Adams is my go-to guy for LEs because his songs to me just express the feelings but don't cause me to think of any of my LOs.
