I went for dinner today to the restaurant where LO broke up with me

Post by virusbkk »

So I was craving for a burrito today and was pondering whether I should go to this Mexican restaurant,
where the LO broke up with me 3 months ago.

Back-story: I brought dinner to LO's place from this very same restaurant on the night we hooked up,
and she loved it.

In all honesty, I didn't feel sad or emotional.
I glanced at the very seats we were sitting in on the night the breakup happened,
as I was walking in and smiled to myself.

That was it.

She brought happiness into my life for a brief, intense period and I can only hope that I did the same for her.

Anyways, i was starving and just couldn't get my mind off that delicious burrito (which was 50% off today).

Moral of the story: Food cravings are an effective coping strategy against limerence.
The more obsessive the food craving, the better!
Especially if the food craving pairs well with beer.
