How is this even an issue? I mean not letting people sleep and stalking them and throwing away their belongings constantly should be considered a form of torture. And really has any of these people actually seen what a homeless shelter looks like? There's no privacy whatsoever. If you manage to bring stuff in there at all that doesn't get stolen it will leave it infested with some kind of pest. I really hope they consider this but these are the same people that decided that unborn babies of any development are apparently more important than the women having them so I don't have a lot of faith LOL
