I know you mentioned and your wife helping her with cats(?) or something in common? Anyway, just checking in with you to see if things have settled down into a routine and to how your sessions are going with your SW.

Hope things are well!
Hi L-F, I am giving her space, as her plate is pretty full, dealing with her husband's condition. The cats are in someone else's thread. ;) My Limerent Response(I think I just coined a new term) is low these days, due to NC. I'm no where near "over it", I'm quite sure. I started reading a book my primary care physician recommended(not Limerence related) but I think it the lessons can be useful across the many facets of life. Tiny Habits, by BJ Fogg.(I can't post a link).
I cancelled my last counseling appointment, I just didn't feel we were on the 'same page'. Plus, it's a telephone session, and I have problems with hearing.I will try to get Kaiser's psychiatry dept. to make an in-person session, sometime in the future.

It's has been over a year now. I'm assuming you are out of the woods and keeping up the NC? Or has LO appeared back on the scene, and if so, did it trigger anything.
