I had time to read your post. I agree with some stuff that other people have said, and you should consider no contact.

On top of that, I wonder if you have anything you would like to do with your life? If nothing were in the way, if this woman didn't even exist, if nothing were holding you back, what would you want to do with your time? If you can't think clearly about it now, try to do it later, keep it in your mind or whatever. Think and start planning how to get there, even writing down or researching it. IME living a life aligned with who you are and what you want is the most likely deterrence to limerence, and to having your mind corrupted by narcissi0stic abuse. I hope this helps.
