Interesting. Check out Human Garage on FB and/or Tiktok, etc. After listening to Jeff it reminded me of these random posts popping up on my TikTok feed that goes into releasing emotional blockages through bodywork.
I'm not convinced, or rather, I haven't heard/read enough of Jeff's work to be on board with it, the reason being, I find that almost everyone wants to be a guru these days and one can get bombarded with various info/techniques... Though having said that, I guess we follow what resonates for us.

Another issue I had was that I'm not 100% sold on is reincarnation. It sounds nice in theory, but, have never known anyone who knew of their past life/lives.
